Can I make changes to my rental unit?Any modifications, such as painting or installing fixtures, must be approved in writing by management before any changes are made. This includes the installation of security cameras, doorbells etc.

How much notice do I need to give before moving out?The required notice period is stated in your lease agreement, typically 30 or 60 days. Please submit a written notice before vacating.

What is the process for getting my security deposit back?After you move out, we will inspect the unit for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Any deductions will be itemized, and the remaining deposit will be returned within 45 days. CLICK HERE to view a reference price list for damages.

Are pets allowed?Pet policies vary by property. If your property allows pets, there is a $100 non-refundable deposit and additional $25 a month. Please check your lease agreement or contact management to confirm pet policies and applicable pet fees.

Can I have a roommate?All tenants must be approved through our screening process. If you want to add a roommate, they must complete an application and be approved before moving in.
